Often, our Customer Support Representatives can help solve the problem without having the product serviced. If servicing is needed, a Representative does confirm whether the product is under warranty and direct you to the authorized service center.

Step 1. Contact Customer Support Desk by email or by phone.
Step 2. Explain the problem you are experiencing. If servicing is needed, the representative will provide you
with a Service Authorization Number (SA #) and further directions.
Step 3. The representative will direct you to which parts you need to return. When you send your juicer to
our service center, please securely pack the unit by using the packing material (such as air bubble,
foam, cushion, peanut) inside the box. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss,
damages of your juicer on your return without Service Authorization Number (SA #).
Step 4. Please briefly describe the problem you are experiencing with the following information to facilitate
the speed and accuracy of your service request ;
a. Your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address (if available)
b. CSR I.D. number
c. Date of purchase and store name purchased
d. Name of parts you are returning
e. Reason for service request
Step 5. Do not forget to enclose above information with your return packages.
Step 6. Securely seal the packages.
Step 7. Prepare and affix the shipping label on the outside of the shipping box. Be sure to put your return
address on the shipping labels.
We recommend to insure the package against possible damages or loss in transit. Please ask your parcel/post carrier. Ship prepaid.
